Does anyone know of a tool that would allow me to remotely control or remotely view the screen of the Omni XT15 please? I want to be able to provide support to my customers and see what they're seeing if there is a problem. Somethink like VNC would be really cool.
The devices are running Windows Embedded Handheld 6.4 Pro on Win CE 5.2.29058

Unfortunately, this would be a hammer to crack a nutshell due to the technology stack. The installation and configuration of these components introduces complexities to non-technical businesses where the maturity is too low to support the additional components. I was hoping for a simple agent e.g VNC or something that would give a remote view.
