You may notice that the ‘Fit-to-Screen’ option is missing from the latest Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system release.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ON THIS!
What this registry setting does is effectively 'revert' the browser back to the revision that supports 'fit-to-screen'.
The problem with this is that this earlier version of the browser lacks certain support in terms of Javascript (e.g. OnKey events are not supported in this version).
I've updated the knowledge base article to reflect another method for realizing 'fit-to-screen'
