I conducted a little test with WAPROG2 x RW220 and BTQC .After sw install, I ran the List button, then Search, the printer was recognized, the next step was to press the Select button. The MAC Address was presented, after that I pressed the button Perform Sync did not work.Below is the screen.
Did you step through the wizard or are you using the defaults? The defaults does not use a pin code. Does your device require a pin code?
Yes, require, but I will remove the pin code.
If you require a pin code use the wizard and create a template that either prompts the user for the pin code or autmatically use a fixed pin code.
