or

Ok. Do you know what the max temperature will be at the time the tag will be applied? Also, more or less, what will be the duration of this process?

You may have a look at UPM raflatac (Smartrac) tags, they designed a specific inlay for plastic injection.
IER designed an inlay to be stuck on plastic crates, and able to withstand washing cycles.
