Hi Richard. What Firmware is running on the NEO in question: Windows CE 5.0? or Windows Mobile 6.1 Classic? (I am reckoning from Prior posts, that it is Windows CE, but if it IS Windows Mobile -- Don't forget the Add-On.Cab file, if you have clean started the NEO.) -sean
