Total Recall popup dialog

Total Recall popup dialog

  • Hi

is it possible to turn off this total recall popup after a reset - it is very annoying when we are using MCC

    Can anyone help us

  • POPUP from total recall

"Total recall is looking for Autorestore profile ... please wait"

  • Hi Micheal,

I've got good news and bad news.

The bad news is.. No, you can't turn it off.

The good news is that in the next release of Total Recall we have gotten rid of that message completely.

  • Good idea, Ron !

It's good to have a message, when there is a auto-restore profile to recall, but it's quite annoying when Total recall isn't used.

  • In the new version of Total Recall, will the message be present when there IS a profile created and active?

  • When will a new release be ready ? I have installed the latest 7535G2 firmware (D181n) on several terminals in a MCC

  • Ooops....... parts of the post was cut of.

I have installed the terminals in a MCC environment where we don't need Total Recall, so the message is annoying.

  • Hi,

is there any ETA when the new version for the 7535G2 will be released? and 8515? Its now a year later...

The popus is very annoying!! If you use an management tool.

Is there no option to suppress the popus? or as work-arround to have one full-screen popup with the text "system initializing please wait"

    Thanks

    Leroy

  • Hi Leroy,

You should try upgrading one of your terminals to the latest recommended version which is 1.41 D132.  This version is posted on IW in the downloads section.  This will give you TR 4.6 which is the newest TR version and the last version that we will put on our legacy products.   I am not sure if this will completely solve you porblem but it is worth a try.  If it does not solve you problem then we would need a buisness case strong enough to support development resources to incorporate a newer verstion of TR on our legacy products.

Let me know how it turns out with version 1.41 D132.
