This antenna is PTX PN 9001676 (Maxrad MP24013-120). Please see attached excerpt from TA071D for antenna pattern.
Range is a tough question to answer because it depends on the site. If the antenna is mounted high enough and aimed downward so that you have line-of-sight with the terminal then you could get >150m.
