Hi All,
Its my pleasure to introduce myself to this community , I am Ramesh working at Ingram Micro(Distributor & Support for Psion Teklogix Product Line in India). One of our clients who are using wireless back bone devices like 9160 NB base station & 9150 NB base station along with the 7035 & 7530 Hand held terminals. Now the problem is both the base stations were been down due to faulty power module inside the base Station and we changed the same.
First we switched on 9150 BS , we tried to ping it from their network ,we got reply, until this everything luks fine but HHT is not at all getting the link. checked the settings in both HHT and base station everything is right . checked the same with all the HHT's but no use. what will be the Problem?...
Now coming to 9160 Base station first we were not able to find the IP address, default one is not working. we tried to find the ip address thru console cable via hyper terminal. we found out the ip address. and thru web console i changed the ip and saved the settings and restarted it via web console. Until this everything worked well but after this restart we wer not able to communicate this base station even thru hyper terminal not even thru web console. when connected thru console cable nothing comes in the hyper terminal screen. what will be the problem?
Warm Regards
Ramesh M.G
