my question is: 62 EP10 must work on a wireless network with SSID hidden. After about 30 minutes, the wireless connection on the device goes down, and doesn't come up anymore. Have you got a suggestion about best parameters?

If using Wifi config to configure the radio, nothing different needs to be done whether the SSID is hidden or not.. If using zero-config ( native ) the "this is a hidden network" checkbox should be checked. However, I suspect you may have something else going on, it would be wise to open a help desk ticket and supply information on the network infrastructure configuration. Do all units fail after 30 minutes or is this an approximate value ? Are the terminals suspending and resuming at any point in this 30 minute interval ? Is a server based authentication method ( PEAP, FAST. etc ) in use ?

My dock stations have LAN connection. I've connected all dock stations by lan and now they are all in line. I think the device try to connect by lan when is in the dock, if the lan doesn't work, the device disconnect the radio. My EP10 must stay on 24/24 for security reasons.
