What can I do , when I forgot the admin password ? I connect to it using RS232 and terminal program .
But I can not login to do reset to factory setting .

as far as I know, to fix this problem will require a Depot visit.
procedure is very destructive, and it must only be applied by Psion's technical personnel. It not only wipes out the whole configuration, but also resets the MAC address(es) of the radio(s) card(s) installed in the AP.
so for a 9160 Wireless Gateway when it is not accessible via the web or serial interface because of lack of the admin’s password, I would recommend you request for an RMA# from your local Psion Help Desk or create one online via Teknet
