I'm new and I've made an hard reset to my EP10. I have installed Psion Software Advantage, but I can't read barcode using laser (red light). I can setup only camera. Maybe I need to install other software?

As you guessed, you also need to re-install the Intermec Device Installer.This said, due to licensing restrictions with Intermec, you must contact the Psion Help Desk to retrieve this installer: http://community.psion.com/support/
