The ruggedness and ability of the Ikôn to withstand extreme conditions including high falls and humidity make it ideally suited for Clear Channel’s field technicians. In 2009, Clear Channel began rollout of the Ikôn to its operational technicians in France for order management, a process that was previously conducted via paper slips.
