It has been found that batteries that have been gone through the ABTP update may exhibit a problem whereby the Full Charge and Remaining Capacity will report 0 mAh. This problem may occur after charging the battery for several days after the battery was updated. The ABTP update that may cause this condition was introduced to the following software releases.

If your battery is in this condition you may exhibit one of the following symptoms.
Devices are required to be updated to one of the following software releases or later in order to prevent this problem. Batteries that are in this state should be shipped back under a RCA.
