When you print from Adobe Reader to a Zebra printer, the characters in the pdf file are shifted one position in the alphabet. So A becomes B, B becomes C and so on. A word like 'printer' in the pdf file would be printed as 'qsjoufs' by the Zebra printer. This has been confirmed by several customers on several printers.
We have not found a root cause for this behaviour. We did find a workaround for this behaviour. When you use Foxit pdf reader to print from, the correct characters are printed. Probably other pdf readers will send the correct characters also.
