Hi Alex,

the barcode in Hyundai VIN is an interleaved 2 of 5 , we had used Moto LORAX scanner to read this code ...I guess we need to set the digit lenght in the scanner settings to match the digit in Interleaved 2of 5 code else it may not read..you may also use anylenght in the digits .

we had scanned this in Hyundai Factory in Chennai India in Production line as well as dispatch yard ..

I don't know if this question has been answered in previous forums so my apologies in advance if it is redundant!

I have a 7535-G2 that I need to program to remove all AIAG prefixes but the option is not avilable if the internal scan engine is decoded!

Is there a specific reason for this? Do I have to create a rule for each DI (Data Identifier) that I will be handling? I have a bunch of 7535-G1 scanners and with one setting change (AIAG Strip for Code 39) I remove any instance of DIs.

I greatly appreciate any input on this issue.

You can create a custom data rule and pull the cellular information from the registry.

Are these new cards or were they used previously? Furthermore, we recommend using Industrial cards instead of regular ones because the regular once they fail more frequently.

Since you have not indicated the other device types I cannot comment if there has been any postings / requests about GPRS connectivity.

Can you elaborate on the other platforms? Note too that the EP10 uses a different chipset and antenna structures as compared to Modular Devices like WAP3.

You can't downgrade to that build. Simply that "OS code = E238i" is too old to run on this device. On the contrary, I recommend upgrading to the latest software that can download from our community "OS code = E051".
