The Psion Help Desk Organization is comprised of highly technical front line professionals located in Europe and North America. The Help Desk reflects the global nature of Psion and therefore during Normal Business Hours the combined Help Desk supports six Languages, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. The Help Desk is also available for eligible customers in the period Outside Business Hours for critical calls, this service is provided in English only.
