I have a Workabout G1 running CE4.2 and there is an application on the flash drive that is causing the device to reboot on a start-up. The process is happening too fast for me to connect and delete the application before the reboot occurs! How can I remove the file? I have tried updating the OS image in the hope that this would clear the flash but the application persists.
Any help or advice would be gratefully received.....
I will send you a script to try via email.
I just sent it again to your gmail address.
succesfully received to gmail account.

You need to unzip the file on your PC , than rename 7525_WM5_ENG_1.0.300_L136o.img" renamed to 7525OS.img and copy it to your SD card .Than put the unit into the boost .
unzipped the file on my PC , then rename "7525_WM5_ENG_1.0.300_L136o.img" renamed to "7525OS.img" and copied it to my (EMPTY) SD card.
Turn on the unit , it shows the screen titled "TRYING ONLY 7525_WM5_ENG_1.0.300_L136o.img renamed to 7525OS.img.JPG", posted at http://www.flickr.com/photos/82809315@N04/

getting 2 screens titled "1st boot w 7525_img.jpg" and "2nd boot w 7525OS_img.jpg", posted at http://www.flickr.com/photos/82809315@N04/
I need the script to erase a 7525c-g1, please can you send it to my mail box?
You will need to open a trouble ticket with your local MSI Psion Help Desk.
Provide them a copy of the unit system properties text file for review.
