hi I have a ikon device that does not recognize the bluethoot,I try to enable and I get the desactivado state.There any driver to activate the Bluetooth?

Psion specific drivers are built in the Add-On CAB file which can be downloaded here in Ingenuity Working (IW).
Please make sure the unit is installed with its appropriate Add-On CAB.
We have one for each OS variant (Professional vs. Classic).
If your Ikon device is running Windows CE5.0 (not Windows Mobile) then we can try "clean" starting the unit to see if this helps fix the problem.
