We want to change the keyboard of a NEO of 26 to 48 keys and change keys. We've changed. It does not work. What I can do?

Depending on the OS Image the the NEO Device, there may be a further update needed to setup the Keyboard correctly. This is done via BooSt.
I suggest contacting a Regional Help Desk to assist.
