We are trying for SAP Screens on our 8515 VMT. Can you please confirm what version of SAP GUI would support 8515 WinCE 5.0. attached is the config for the same.
We are trying with ECC6.

As mentioned in the linked article, there is no version of SAP GUI that runs on Windows CE.
You have the choice of Emulation (Telnet or TESS) using Open TekTerm or a web browser (Naurtech, recommended) on the client. When using Open TekTerm with Telnet emulation, this would work with SAP Console on the server. When using Open TekTerm with TESS emulation, this would work with TekConsole SC on the server. And the final option of using the Naurtech Web Browser to connect to ITS Mobile on the server.

You may need to contact SAP. As far as I know Psion does not directly sell or support SAP GUI, though some of our VAR's or third party providers may be able to provide this. Though I suspect a little trial and error may be involved to see which client works.

Our solution includes the MIS TekRF products using TekTerm or TEKGUI.
