  • Hi Pravinpednekar

Which Wireless supplicant are you using to authenticate to the Wireless network - with the 8525-G2?

Are you using the Summit Client (SCU), or the Windows Zero-Config {WZC} supplicant?

  • I would confirm that -

1- The time and date are set correctly on the device

2- If Validate Server Certificate has been set in the configuration that the proper root certificate has been added.

  • Excellent Points.

    Thanks Doug.

  • Hi,

Yes we are using summit utility to configure of 8525G2

We set the same configuration to 8530G2

    Thanks/Regards,

    Pravin

  • Hi Pravin

Please check out what Doug Wood also indicated: 1) Correct Date / Time  Both are important.  Date for the certificate to be correct.

    2) Please check that the certificate is correctly loaded in the certificate store.

I do have an additional question: Is the Summit config for the 8525G2 being setup manually, or via a Software script (Or installation program.) that was used when run on the 8530G2?

Our next recourse is to suggest resetting the 8525G2 back to default configuration, and re-testing your connection from there.
