One of our clients are facing some Power on issues in Neo . My observations are as follows , Device is not getting on in the normal way, we need to press Enter+FN Blue+Scan Button and have to go to CMD mode and need to select RUN MAIN OS, then only the device is getting inside the OS. Have already upgraded the device with latest firmware but still the problem persists...any solutions to solve this issue

Could you verify if the magnet is still in the battery cover of the NEO? Without this magnet the NEO will not boot properly...

The device may not be configured. Examine the output from BooSt looking for this message:
DEVICE IS NOT SET!
Use the "config" command to set appropriate values.

Thanks a ton for the info shared. yes the door magnet is missing.....changed another door and now its working fine... 2 quick questions..how this small magnet intercepts with the booting process ? is it not clumsy anyway for the end user?

To protect against data loss, the NEO battery cover is equipped with a magnetic
sensor; this sensor detects when the battery door is opened and
automatically places the hand-held computer into suspend mode so that
you can safely remove the battery.
