Hi,
All of a sudden Installed tekterm app was missing in one of the 7530 G2 HHT of a customer in my region. tried to restore the total recall profile but alas, i could not able to find anything in the flash disk. upgraded the OS firmware and tried again but no use.
Connected the device thru active sync with my lap and tried to copy the tekterm cab file but to my surprise a error msg says could not able to paste anything in the flash disk bcos of low memory.
But there were no files at all in the flash disk. tried adjusting the memory settings also but could not able to solve the issue. Any suggestions to solve this issue?

Did you try a reformat flash disk in Boost ?
How to do that? any specific document available with you? can you help me on this....

It was working now.. thanks a ton...
Alas it works only for couple of days, Seems the device(Flash Disk) was been auto formatted in every now and then. Till now we have installed the tekterm nearly 6-7 times, anybody experiencing the same thing.
Whenever this happens, I end up sending it to Psion and it gets fixed. Do you get the same "low memory" error when trying to DELETE files as well?

Hi Beatilli.
You cannot do the format within a Signed BooSt since you do not have command-line capability to do so.
However by contacting your regional Help Desk, they can assist you with scripts that can be run from within BooSt and an attached storage. (USB flash, or USB--PDM--Computer link)
