Hi,
I have a Workabout G1 running CE4.2 and there is an application on the flash drive that is causing the device to reboot on a start-up. The process is happening too fast for me to connect and delete the application before the reboot occurs! How can I remove the file? I have tried updating the OS image in the hope that this would clear the flash but the application persists.
Any help or advice would be gratefully received.....

The OS version currently on the device is Windows Mobile. The file that you are trying to load on it is windows CE.
Because of Microsoft licence , you will not able to load this image onto this device.In order to do that you will need to send this unit to the nearest Depot.
ok, in that case, how can restore working original windows mobile? cause i get this error boot screens?
i want to restore the unit to a (whatever) functional state

Moveit is FTP utility that we use to send large files. You should have the request in your email to log in and download the file .
i don´t see attach you said (moveit sofware) in your last emails...
