Hello, we use only the software keyboard wich actually is QWERTY.

An alternative for the 8585, is Windows Xp Pro (French) version, but I do not know if it is configured with the AZERTY KB for the software keyboard, or if it is Qwerty. (I'll take a peek If I can.)
Hi Alexandre -- <Sigh> -- finished checking.
In Our Demo catalogue the -- French version of Windows XP Pro -- has only ENG Querty and GER Qwertz keyboard config files. No AZERTY.
