Hi Rodrigo,
You can't downgrade to that build. Simply that "OS code = E238i" is too old to run on this device. On the contrary, I recommend upgrading to the latest software that can download from our community "OS code = E051".

in addition to Burt's point, the minimum level of system software for the Sharp display for Windows CE5.0 is released 3.7 (H058j)
Unlike the Sony display it is compatible with releases prior to 3.7 ex. 3.5 (E238i)
So to answer you question,

Thanks for the help!I have noticed that there are two different types of LCD: Sharp and Sony.The equipment that uses the Sony Sharp does not work. Is there any way to fix this?

I Got it.
Because I have a 7527C with the Sony LCD (A299n) and wanted to put the LCDfrom Sharp's other collector that is defective with the card. But when I put it does not work.
