    "Loading 100% complete.

Load error: boot region write rejected"

  • The error means that the region of flash reserved for BooSt is too small to load the new image into.

  • Thank you Alex. Is there a script available for distribution to fix this or it has to be sent in for repair?

  • Hi Luke,

I don't know if there's an existing script, I'm sure one could be created. The flash needs partitioning with different parameters, but the question is why? Is there a mismatch between supported hardware and the image being loaded, or is this an attempt to load a single image when and existing multi-image with built in scripts would be the correct approach?

  • Thank you Alex!

Hi Irfan, could you please open a trouble ticket with your local Psion Help Desk to further troubleshoot this issue?
