I have a 8580 that need to be recovered but when the automatic procedure is started the Ghost App only works unitl 25% of the gauge.
The image informs that drive is 32Gb but unit has only 19Gb.
Is that another way to recovery the unit using that Ghost Image?

Thank you. Is the "backup" image (.GHO) taken from the same 8580 unit/ HW configuration?
As far as I know, the CF card options are 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB

What went wrong with this 8580?
Also, what type of USB stick do you have? (Service / Technician/ Customer)?
The unit went to a field demo and returned with WinXP corrupted.
So in order to recovery that unit to new demos I´ve used a Service USB Stick.
