Does someone tried to increase 8580 memory from 512M to 2 Gb?
Is it possible to perform? Any particular type of memory module?
I´ve tried here with one 2Gb memory with the same speedy and terminal didn´t boot up. Only blank screen.

Possibly. Please confirm with James Warren, Authorized Service Centre Manager, or better yet, post this in the ASC secure zone within Ingenuity Working.

Per the 8580 spec sheet, the memory options are either 512MB or 1GB RAM.
Also, such upgrade should be done by Psion service depot or ASC.
