Does anyone know the best course of action when an Omni 3200se cannot get an Ip address

Can you tell me what an Omnii 3200se is? The only reference i can find is for a Verifone Credit Card Terminal (which is not a Psion product). Is this device wifi enabled? What network are you trying to connect to? At what location?
