Work About Pro - Query

This question is answered

Hi,

We have encountered a complaint that the display (WAP G2) turns off causing a data loss after 1000 or 800 or 500 scannings even though the back-up battery remains 55-60%...

What could be the resolution for the same?

Your response is appreciated.

VInay.

Regards,

Vinay

  • Hi Vinay,

Can you confirm if the unit powered off?  When you tap on the screen or press the keyboard, does it respond?  It could be that the main battery has low power.

    Thanks,

    Alain

  • Hi Alain, thank you for taking time out to post. The units shuts down completely (with the complete data loss i.e., scanned data so far).. The user then has to power it on by the power button; eventhough the main battery shows a decent charge.

    Appreciate your further queries/response..
