Serial Numbers are helpful if you were giving us information specific for an RMA or Repair.

Model numbers and device type and configurations are helpful for issues like (Which RFID SDK to install) Which target Firmware/OS is the .NET development code targetting.

In your case we would need to know: 1) RFID module type. 2) WAP-G2 firmware (Or SystemProperties which is faster). Visual Studio version (VS2005 or VS2008.)

Unfortunately we cannot post Psion related material to data-sharing sites in this manner, Either the link that is within the Ingenuity Working can provide you the data, or a transaction (to protect your personal information) via one of Our Regional Help Desks; and subsequently a large file move via MoveIT is all that we can provide.

I'm curious, if you are using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, the MDSDK Links on IW should provide you with the download.

Since you can post and respond in these forums, you also should be able to download this data.  What Browser are you using?

Thank you for your answer i understand, i'm using firefox and i tried with IE but the problem is the same.
i click on the link then a license page appears i accept the license contract the a page not found appears i don't know why
Did your servers allow download from north africa becaus i'm in Tunisia may be i dont have permission to download it from here.
