I've just received my WAP G3 device back from repair, and found out that my GPRS/GSM won't enable in wireless manager.
Therefore i can't connect to my mobile network.
I've installed the addon-cab file to enable the extra feautres, but when I click "enable" in wireless manager, the device stays off.On top of the screen, the antenna is displayed with a little white cross, which turns into an exclamation mark when i click "enable"
It says" your phone is off, would you like to enable the phone? Nothing happens when i press "yes"
Is there someone out here with a solution?
The GPRS device is recognized in the hardware list when I request the "about Device" information.
Good day! Have you tried clean starting the unit already? Is the Add-On CAB correct with regards to the firmware you have? Please provide the System Properties so we can verify.
