This is 7530 message "Charger time out fault" and blinking red LED.
Could anyone help on this message and with advice?
Could that be a reason for missing laser beam?
To confirm are you using a dock to charge the battery in the terminal or charging the battery in the side pocket of the dock or are you using a gan charger?
Is this problem limited to one battery, one terminal or one charger?
Have you tried a different battery or a different terminal or chager with the same battery?

If the problem is with one or a few batteries can you get the following
How man charge cycles does the battery show? This information can be found by tapping the battery or power properties icon.
What is the date code of the battery? This is the two digit located on the top right of teh battery above the contacts.
The charging is by PDM (battery is in the terminal). Two different batteries were tried. No other terminal available for test.
The terminal was sent from customer with complain of missing barcode scanner beam
Boot the 7530 into BooSt mode
Hit  for Show Configuration

If these batteries work as expected in another terminal then I suspect there is an issue with the terminal either the charger circuit or the pins. If the issue is with the terminal then it will have to be serviced by a repair center.
I remember the code = 32; think 1220 HP
I tried with 36, but it stopped activating the red LED and the scan icon
what is the device terminal serial? with it, I may be able to tell what scanner type was installed in manufacturing
