I have an end-user that needs to Lock down a WAPG3 do that users cannot get out of the set program. Can someone please send over instructions on how to set this up.

They are not currently using MCC but are looking to implement it eventually.
They are using Windows CE

Have you considered setting the Windows CE Secutiry Level to User?
