.Is there any registry key or settings to select only the Radio b on the Neo? As a default it works on b/g and we only wants b radio enabled.

Which OS type and Wifi Supplicant is running on the NEO? Is it Windows CE with WZC? Is it Windows Mobile with the Summit supplicant?

It's WIN CE 5.0 with Wi-Fi Config supplicant.
