I have an EP10 device that is not responding to screen taps...appears frozen. Keyboard is still OK.
I've tried warm and cold boots. Device boots into Psion Vu (user mode) but screen still unresponsive to touch.
Questions
1) What can I do to "unfreeze" the screen
2) Is there a key sequence that may accidently cause the screen to freeze
3) We've received reports that sometimes the EP10 tells user to hit the sym fn backspace .... is this related to above and if so is the fn button same as blue button

Can you also make sure "Enable Auto-Lock for screen and keyboard" is NOT enabled on the EP10. Please refer to attached video.
Start>Settings>Personal>Buttons
I can't get to Start/Setting because of frozen screen...I'll get you the xml file shortly

ok...I checked another device and "enable auto-lock" was enabled....
So how do I fix the other device that's frozen?
To perform the unlock key sequence (press SYM, then Blue, then Backspace).
