Hello everybody,
I am trying to configure my first 8530 G2 an I have problems with connecting an Intermec serial printer.
I have defined the serial port the same way as on my old 8260 but it does not work : all I get when I try to print is a popup window telling 'Error writing to serial port'. When I try to test the port in the 'Tekterm Settings', I receive the error message 'Tekterm or another application may already be using this port'.
Can anyone tell me what I forgot to configure ?

Could you please » open up the control panel Teklogix Scanner applet, » move to the Ports tabulation» disable the Serial Port (COM2:) if it is curently enabled
» and finally , let us know if it helps?
