First of all I recommend you to upgrade BooSt and PCon images to the last C147 due to the low level commands are included to BooSt and were a litle bit revised. Then you can try to repeat them and upgrade OS image too.

flash drive is not detected even we use micro SD memory it has Failed to initialized message.

Second time I suggest you first of all to upgrade BooSt and PCon images via PDM and RS232 cable using HiperTerminal. After that you can try to recover flash drive and upgrade OS. If this will be impossible to do, it seams to be that flash memory chip on MLB is fault.
