Work about Pro G2 imager can not configure with the device

I have attached the imager WA9003 (Engine EV15with Workabout Pro G2 it does not installed properly and doesnot worked and does not show red laser light

I already trying to activate this imager at command prompt select the imager from the command list but not worked,

I have installed the Add on Cab "7527_WM61_PRO_WWE_ADDON_2.2.726_E259h" and my system properties below but no imager  EV15 can work. and no red light shown when we press the scanner button. Can any one help me out please.

Have you tried testing the EV15 to another device or the same device to another EV15?  It could be a hardware problem.

if software problem need any updates or any add on file or any others file

 if hardware problem which part of the hardware are create trouble?

It's probably hardware but don't know which part is causing the problem.  You might need to send the WAProG2 (together with the EV15) so they can check & fix it.
