Hi,
We got the device WAP 7527C, its not getting switch On by the Power Button
while if we will press the FN+ENT+SCAN KEY its booting and displaying the console and after select the Run OS Option from console,
Device become ON and perfectly working fine, we checked the Keyboard as well and its perfectly working.
i.e.its not directly getting on from the Power Button while to start the device all the time we need to run it from console.
Can you pls advise me for the device issue.?

Hello,
as far as I know there for two causes.
1. the Lif port is damaged / broken or defekt.
2. the batterie is damaged / broken or defekt.
Another cause / speculation is that some of the security functions
of the WORKABOUT stopped the normal startup.
What is possible is that they have forgotten the bone turn on the main switch. If this "off" position you get it with the keyboard combination started anyway.
Should not that be the case, please send it to her partner of Psion or Psion itself...

Hi Shobhit,
From a suspend state, try pressing BLUE FN then hold down the ENTER key for a couple of seconds. If this will turn on the unit, it's possible that the "two key wakeup" is enabled.
