While changing the main logic board in the depot, the Term number in the system configuration has also changed.
Hence I have two serial number for my 7527. One sticked in the battery compartement, right from the begining which I still use to make RMA, and the other number in the system config which I am obliged to use in the Vocollect.
Now is it possible to replace the same number that is in the battery compartement, which is the original one, in the system configuration also?
Bonjuor Anthony et bienvenue sur notre IW Community!Pour des modifications de ce genre il faut impérativement envoyer le terminal au centre de réparation. Il me semble que ce soit en suite à une réparation. Pensez donc à bien préciser la demande en y incluant le numéro de l'RMA précédente.
