I have looked in Parameters --> Radio --> CIS Data but the MAC address is not shown. On the other devices I have, they do show up. During boot, I can see the MAC but only the first 3 digits. Is there another place I can find this information? Ver: L122p Teklogix 7035

It is quite possible that you have defective radio on this unit .

If you press ALT 9 or ALT F6 depending of your key pad , while in the emulation screen , you should see MAC address of your radio and also AP address of the Access point if the unit is connected.
